As part of our year’s program, Thick Present: Donna Haraway and the Arts, The Haraway Circle has met on the last Sunday of every month throughout 2021 to read and discus the work of Donna Haraway. Staying with the troublesome interference between linear technical clock time and the cyclical chthonic planetary time, we will meet for a special December Solstice session on 21.12.21 at 14:00 CEST.

Everyone who has participated in previous circles or other events in this programs is invited to join us, and bring friends, experts, and others they would like to introduce to the circle. Everyone is encouraged to bring a Harawayan theme, citation or question they would like discuss together, and to suggest what we might want to do with the circle in the new year.

The Haraway Circle is a series of readings and artistic encounters convened by Baruch Gottlieb. The session will begin with an introductory exploration of the days theme elaborating key concepts. Main language of discussion will be English.
